This role involves coordinating Channel Manager-related issues and requires strong organizational and communication skills. The Channel Manager Optimization Coordinator plays a vital support role within the European Contracting team by acting as the central coordination point for all Channel Manager-related issues questions and change requests. This role ensures that all incoming queries are reviewed consolidated and contextualized before being escalated to the Supplier Connectivity IT team enabling smoother workflows better prioritization and more strategic use of internal resources.
Serve as the first-level reviewer for all Channel Manager-related issues raised by the European Contracting team.
Consolidate filter and prioritize incoming requests identifying duplicates related issues or items already in progress or planned.
Ensure all escalations to IT are complete clearly documented and aligned with ongoing or upcoming projects.
Maintain a centralized log of all issues enhancements and feedback related to Channel Manager performance.
Collaborate closely with the Head of Partnerships to align on priorities and strategic initiatives.
Support the creation of monthly reports and dashboards to track issue resolution trends and performance metrics.
Assist in documenting processes FAQs and known issues to reduce repetitive queries and improve team knowledge.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to clarify technical or operational details before escalation.
Participate in internal meetings to provide updates on issue status and gather feedback from the Contracting team.
