Location : Madrid or Barcelona

Your Role

As an Alliances & Channels Manager , you will play a key role in developing and managing our partner ecosystem in Spain and Greece. You will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of our indirect partnerships, ensuring performance, governance, and alignment across the partner network that drives Digital Realty’s commercial growth in the region.

Your Missions
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing strategic partners (resellers, agents, integrators, to strengthen engagement and performance.
  • Identify and recruit new partners to expand our coverage in the Spanish and greek market.
  • Implement and oversee indirect channel management processes, including lead qualification, coordination with sales teams, and contractual compliance.
  • Coordinate partner-generated opportunities within Salesforce and ensure smooth communication between partners and internal teams.
  • Lead and orchestrate the partner enablement plan to enable your partners to become proficient in selling Digital Realty colocation services to their end customers
  • Orchestrate the Solutions Architecture resources to establish technology preference for Digital Realty with your partners' presales technical communities
  • Ensure your partnerships all have a joint governance structure to involve all key stakeholders
  • Organize and attend partner events to promote Digital Realty’s solutions and strengthen brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design joint campaigns and develop the partner pipeline.
  • Track KPIs and produce regular performance reports on channel activities.
Your Talents That Make the Difference
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in alliance or channel management, ideally within the IT, cloud, or data center sectors.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to create strong and lasting partnerships.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in an international, multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Greek is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and indirect sales processes preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, commercially driven, and unafraid to challenge the status quo.
