Cencora is seeking an Innovation and CGT Business Developer in Barcelona to drive growth for our advanced therapies unit. You will listen to client needs, craft tailored cell and gene therapy solutions, and build strong relationships with stakeholders globally.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in pharma business development, a relevant degree, and strong English; Master’s/MBA is a plus. This hybrid role emphasizes strategic partnerships and regulatory compliance within Alcura’s CGT framework.

Formación

• 3+ years in pharmaceutical business development or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences/Engineering/Finance required; MBA/ MSc valued.
• Proven ability to engage clients and manage complex technical sales cycles.
• English proficiency essential for selection process and communications.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and target potential clients to grow the CGT business unit.
• Develop strategies to meet and engage prospective clients in cell and gene therapies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor CGT solutions for client needs.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals (RFPs) and financial reports.
• Build and maintain a robust stakeholder network, nationally and internationally.
• Streamline Alcura procedures to improve efficiency within budget.
• Handle legal document management for new customers (e.g., NDAs).
