AmerisourceBergen recherche un Développeur d’affaires Innovation et CGT à Barcelone. Vous stimulerez la croissance du département Thérapies Avancées et Innovation, en établissant des relations clients et en proposant des solutions en thérapie cellulaire et génique.

Formación

• Expérience avérée en développement commercial dans l’industrie pharmaceutique (3 ans minimum).
• Diplôme Bachelor en sciences de la santé/ingénierie/finance; Master/MBA apprécié.
• Maîtrise de l’anglais exigée; le processus de sélection se fera en anglais.
• Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et des systèmes d’information de gestion.

Responsabilidades

• Identifier et cibler de nouveaux clients pour développer l’Unité Innovation, Cell et Thérapie Génique.
• Élaborer des stratégies pour rencontrer et engager des prospects.
• Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour adapter des solutions répondant aux besoins.
• Gérer le pipeline, préparer les propositions (RFP) et rapports financiers.
• Construire un réseau de parties prenantes national et international.
• Optimiser les procédures Alcura pour plus d’efficacité et dans le cadre budgétaire.
• Gestion des documents juridiques pour les nouveaux clients (ex. NDA).

In its constant adaptation to market needs, Alcura partners with healthcare companies, professionals, and organizations to provide innovative personalized solutions that enhance patient care and adherence to treatment.**What will you do?**As Innovation and CGT Business Developer, you will be pivotal in boosting our Advanced Therapies and Innovation department, founded 4 years ago in Alcura and with a strong focus on Cencora's CGT business units worldwide.Your role involves driving the department’s growth and enhancing its market positioning through strategic engagement with clients. You will listen to customer needs to develop tailored solutions in cell and gene therapy, innovation, and regulatory compliance. By acquiring and applying market insights, you will help refine our offerings and strengthen stakeholder relationships, ensuring our operations meet industry standards with greatest quality levels and support the department's growth.**Role responsibilities:*** Identify and target potential new clients to expand the Innovation, Cell and Gene Therapies Business Unit.* Develop strategies to meet and engage with prospective clients* Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.* Manage Pipeline, Prepare Proposals (RFP) & Finantial Reports* Build a robust stakeholder network, both nationally and internationally* Optimize Alcura procedures to increase efficacy through excellence and within budget* Legal document management to manage new customers ( (i.e. NDA)..**Required Training/Experience:*** Previous experience in business development is essential, with 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry.* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Health Sciences/Engineering/Finances* Master in Sciences or MBA greatly valued* Proficiency in Microsoft Office* User of management information systems.* Proficiency level in English is essential—the selection process will be conducted in this language.**Required Skills:*** Communication and negotiation skills.* Time management and planning skills.* Experience in customer management and scientific / technical sales experience* Biotechnology/Innovation stakeholder network will be greatly valued.**Ce qu’Cencora offre** Nous offrons une rémunération globale concurrentielle.
