A real estate investment firm in Andalucía is seeking a Financial Manager to oversee project budgets and lead financing processes. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in financial management within real estate development and advanced Excel skills. Responsibilities include developing financial models, managing cash flow, and preparing reports for management and investors.

Formación

  • 10+ years of financial management experience in real estate development or construction finance.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Proven experience in financing development projects is mandatory.

Company Description

DSRA is a real estate development and investment company focused on high-quality residential projects (build-to-sell) along the Mediterranean coast (Sitges, Barcelona, Valencia Region).

The company operates under a project-based financial structure — each development is managed as an independent P&L, including construction budgeting, cash flow management, and sales-driven financial planning.

Role Description

Develop detailed financial models at both the project (construction + sales) and corporate levels.

Manage project budgets, Capex, cash flow forecasts, and financial performance across active developments.

Lead financing processes with banks (Santander, BBVA, etc.) including senior loans, equity structuring, and payment schedule planning.

Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for management, investors, and the board.

Work closely with external accounting, legal, and tax advisors throughout the acquisition → construction → sales cycle.

Build internal dashboards, project monitoring tools, and financial control systems adapted to real estate development.

Qualifications

10+ years of financial management experience in real estate development / construction finance / project-based P&L environments.

Advanced Excel capabilities (Power BI is an advantage).

Proven experience in financing development projects (construction, debt + equityuring, bank drawdowns) — mandatory.
