You will develop and oversee financial strategies, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates have over 10 years of financial management experience and a strong background in accounting and tax regulations. Fluency in English is required. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team and influence strategic decisions.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years experience in a senior financial management role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations (Spain and EU).
• Proven experience in cost control and budget management.
• Professional level of English.

Responsibilities, tasks and duties

• Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s financial and budgetary strategy.
• Lead the preparation and management of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships.
• Supervise accounting, auditing, and financial reporting processes.
• Provide financial analysis, projections, and insights to support strategic decisionmaking.
• Monitor production costs, profitability, and margin optimization per product line.
• Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory obligations.
• Support strategic projects such as investments, expansion, and new product lines.
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance and administration team.

The successful applicant (M/F/D)

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in a senior financial management role, preferably in the food or industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations (Spain and EU).
• Proven experience in cost control and budget management.
• Advanced user of Excel and ERP systems (sector specific ERP valued).
• Professional level of English.
• Strong analytical mindset, strategic vision, and leadership skills.
