Job summary

Belgravia Health & Leisure Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Centre Manager for WaterMarc Banyule in Greensborough. You will be responsible for the centre’s operations, finances and programs while delivering exceptional customer service to the community and guests.

You will lead a large team, collaborate with local community stakeholders, and drive programs that enhance access to leisure, including disability and inclusion initiatives. This is a full‑time role based on site in Greensborough, VIC.

Qualifications

• Must have full-time work rights in Australia.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
• Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
• Valid Working with Children Check and National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the venue meets service, financial and other outcomes for customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing of visitors and team members through policies and procedures.
• Coach and develop teams to deliver KPIs and foster performance planning.
• Achieve budgeted net profit targets and manage expenses and revenue drivers.
• Maintain strong relationships with the contract partner and community stakeholders.
• Deliver a high value customer service proposition addressing client needs.
• Recruit and develop energetic team members to support the venue vision.
