Molins Cement, part of PROMOTORA MEDITERRANEA-2 S.A., seeks an FP&A Analyst to join the Finance team supporting the Cement business in Spain. You will partner with Commercial, Industrial and Supply Chain to translate market drivers into financial insights and lead budgeting and forecasting activities.

The role focuses on driving profitability, cash generation and capital allocation with strong business partnering and advanced analytical skills.

Formación

• 3–5 years of FP&A or strategic controlling experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI desirable.
• Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English; Catalan an advantage.
• Strong understanding of integrated P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow planning.
• Ability to communicate conclusions clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the annual Budget, monthly rolling forecast, outlook and Mid-Term Plan for Cement Spain.
• Build driver-based models for volumes, selling prices, product and customer mix, costs and cash flow.
• Prepare monthly performance reviews and explain deviations with clear management actions.
• Analyze profitability by product, market, customer and geography to support pricing and portfolio decisions.
• Monitor industrial value drivers: volumes, utilization, maintenance, inventories, energy costs.
• Assess exposure to energy prices and CO2 costs; develop scenarios and actions.
• Support demand planning and market outlooks for Spain with market trends and imports/exports.
• Develop business cases and post-investment reviews for CAPEX and decarbonisation projects.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations and Supply Chain to track margin improvement and cash generation initiatives.
• Prepare dashboards and presentations for Cement management and Spain Finance leadership.
• Ensure integrity of management information during monthly close; drive automation and accuracy.
