The HOMEINEQ - Housing and Mobility in the Reproduction of Inequality in Spain and Europe (Ref. PID2025-176488OB-I00), funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities (MICIU) and led by Sergi Vidal and Riccardo Valente, examines how housing and residential trajectories unfold across the life course and contribute to the reproduction of social inequalities. The project pays particular attention to how these relationships are shaped by demographic change, family systems, intergenerational processes, socio-spatial opportunity structures, and the financialization of housing.
