Aderen is seeking a LM-Perfil Business Analyst CDP to lead the onboarding of a Customer Data Platform and design end-to-end data ingestion and integration flows. You will ensure a unified view of customer information across sources and guide activities across the full product lifecycle.

The role emphasizes requirements analysis, data modeling, testing and validation, and strong stakeholder management in an international project environment. English is mandatory with French desirable.

• Must conduct requirements analysis to drive CDP design.
• Proficient in business process modeling for data pipelines.
• Strong testing and validation to ensure data integrity and delivery quality.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop data pipelines to integrate customer touchpoints.
• Establish data governance and data quality processes.
• Enable accurate, reliable and actionable customer insights.
• Support product teams in requirements gathering and definition.
• Align CDP capabilities with business objectives.
• Enable customer engagement and loyalty campaign use cases.
• Support personalized merchandising initiatives at store level.
• Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Product and Retail Operations.
