The company is expanding its product portfolio by creating a new category of dry fruits. We are looking for a Category Manager – Frutos Secos (International Food Sector) with strategic vision, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate industrial product development projects.

Responsibilities

• Design the introduction and growth strategy for the dry fruits category.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and development opportunities.
• Define the category positioning within the product portfolio.
• Select, standardize, and manage national and international suppliers.
• Negotiate conditions, contracts, and quality standards.
• Ensure supply continuity and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate industrialization projects and new product launches.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Purchasing, and Quality.
• Ensure integration of new production processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities in industrial processes.
• Coordinate product testing and plant scale‑ups.
• Oversee the implementation of quality protocols and certifications (ISO, BRC, IFS).

Qualifications

• University degree in Agronomy Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the dry fruits, natural ingredients, or food industry.
• Knowledge of industrial processes, food quality, and product development.
• High proficiency in English.
