Panasonic Industry Europe GmbH is seeking a Cash & Bank Administrator in Barcelona. This temporary role requires acting as the central point of contact for banking inquiries and managing banking relationships. You will oversee the management of banking portals and ensure accurate payment processing

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING / QUÉ HARÁS

• You'll be the central point of contact for banking partners, customers, and your team regarding payments and bank administration inquiries, while also handling local banking relationships on behalf of our customers.
• You will be responsible for the management of banking portals, including tasks such as user management (creation, deletion, amendments) and bank account administration.
• One of your main tasks will be managing the daily cash forecast and monitoring of automated processes in SAP.
• Manage payments by carefully reviewing them in the portal to ensure they are processed accurately and punctually. Promptly follow up on and, if necessary, halt payments for any rejected transactions by maintaining proper control of bank accounts.
• Review treasury transactions to ensure their accuracy and compliance with Treasury Control guidelines.
• Your assistance will be required in preparing internal audit checks along with appropriate supporting documentation.
• Next to those regular tasks you will be involved in some continuous improvement projects.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR / QUÉ BUSCAMOS

• You have successfully completed your education with a focus on accounting or treasury.
• You possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position.
• You have very good knowledge of MS Excel and ideally some experience in SAP.
• Your strengths encompass a well-structured, autonomous work approach, along with a hands‑on mentality, characterized by reliability, accuracy, and a methodical work ethic.
• Preferably you are skilled in automation and technology with really good Excel skills.
• You speak English fluently and can work in a multinational, complex matrix organization.
• Ideally you also speak another European language.
• Experience with bank portals would be beneficial (Deutsche Bank, La Caixa, Intesa Sao Paolo, Natwest, etc).
