Job summary

TD SYNNEX Spain is seeking a Cash Applications Analyst to ensure customer payments are allocated accurately within our financial systems. You will support cash application activities, investigate payment discrepancies, and collaborate with Credit & Collections to maintain accurate customer balances.

This role provides exposure to end-to-end finance operations in a global company, with a hybrid working model, continuous learning, and opportunities to grow within Finance and Shared Services.

Qualifications

• Vocational qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Process and allocate incoming customer payments accurately and on time.
• Manage the Direct Debit process from start to finish.
• Perform end-to-end credit card reconciliation activities.
• Handle cheque and bill of exchange processing.
• Investigate and resolve payment-related queries.
• Reconcile cash-in-transit accounts.
• Support SOX compliance and internal control processes.
