Welcome to AWWG’s International Internship & Graduate program: an opportunity to gain a full assignment and start building a career through your first working experience.

Start today building your 3-year career path within the multinational group behind brands such as Pepe Jeans, Hackett, and Façonnable, as well as the Iberia brand agency for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. The structure is as follows:

• This one-year internship & graduate program is the first step to learning about the fashion industry and what it is like to work within it.
• If your internship is successful, you will have the chance to join the group full-time as a Young Talent, with a permanent contract and increased responsibilities.
• After these two years, you will be promoted to a Specialist role, becoming a core team member.

Your position will be in the executive area of your choice:

Product: Focuses on offering the best products to consumers, investing in quality, innovation, craftsmanship, and sustainability.

Marketing: Handles public relations, brand partnerships, and social media to connect with current and future consumers.

Digital: Leads AWWG's digital transition, creating a top-tier brand experience.

Wholesale-Commercial: Enhances sales and wholesale partnerships for profitability.

Retail: Manages store development, window displays, and retail analytics to meet market needs swiftly.

Human Resources: Focuses on employee experience, values, and well-being, investing in new generations.

Logistics and Operations (Barcelona): Strengthens warehousing, retail, and customer service operations, fostering collaboration and excellence.

Finance (Barcelona): Implements strategies for business growth and provides financial assessments across departments.

Requisitos

Who we are looking for:

• Students or recent graduates (within the last 3 years) in Business Administration, Marketing, or Fashion.
• Advanced proficiency in English; Spanish, German, or French are a plus.
• Good command of Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Passion for retail and fashion.
• Previous experience is not required, but ambition and energy are essential.
