A yacht management company is seeking a Captain for a 30m private sailing yacht based in the Mediterranean. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with similar vessels, a Master 200 license, and the ability to manage family dynamics onboard. Fluent English is required and fluent Italian is a plus. This is a permanent position starting January 1st, with the yacht undergoing extensive refit in Palma.

Formación

• Ideal candidate should have extensive experience on sailing yachts and similar sized vessels.
• Experienced with family environments, kind, patient, and laid-back in character.
• Non-smokers and no tattoos are required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the yacht.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of crew and passengers.
• Oversee the yacht's upkeep and maintenance.

Job Description

We are looking for a Captain for this 30m Private SY. Ideal candidate should have extensive experience on SY and on similar sized vessels.

Vessel is under extensive refit in Palma and is expected to be delivered by the end of April. Will be based in Monaco or Ventimiglia (to be decided).

The Owner has four children and is looking for a candidate who is experienced with family environments, kind, patient, and laid-back in character.

Boat is under management.

Fluent English. Fluent Italian is a plus. Non-smokers. No tattoos.
