Job summary

Amazon Spain is seeking a Capacity Specialist for Carrier Onboarding & Attrition to drive the onboarding of Relay carriers, grow the partner base, and optimize the Middle Mile network across the EU. You will analyze performance metrics, partner with tech teams, and implement data-driven solutions.

This role requires cross-functional collaboration, project delivery, and experience in supply chain operations. Bachelor’s degree or higher and solid Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Advanced Degree.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience in program or project management and data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing carriers to increase our partner portfolio.
• Identify gaps in carrier liquidity and build/implement action plan to increase capacity.
• Manage carriers during onboarding period.
• Maintain high operational standard with new carriers on safety, performance, process compliance.
• Continuous Improvement Management with carriers, development of SOPs.
• Be innovative and support new features/ideas development with tech teams on Relay platform to improve carrier experience or process improvement.
• Project support ensuring Amazon requirements are communicated & implemented by Line Haul carriers.
• Work across the EU in a cross-functional environment.
