Confidential employer in Mallorca is seeking Cafeteria Staff for a full-time role in Palma. You will handle daily operations across bar, dining and service areas, delivering friendly service to guests.

The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in Catalan/Spanish with intermediate English. A permanent contract, fixed afternoon schedule 14:30–22:30, and an September 1st start are offered.

• At least 6 months of previous experience in bars, cafeterias, burger restaurants, kitchens, or general table service.
• Advanced or fluent proficiency in Catalan and Spanish.
• Intermediate level of English to interact comfortably with international guests.
• A proactive mindset, reliability, and strong attention to cleanliness and service standards.

What this position offers you:

• A permanent employment contract (contrato indefinido) in the private sector.
• An annual gross salary of 24,500 EUR, according to the local hospitality collective agreement (Convenio Hostelería).
• Fixed afternoon working schedule from 14:30 to 22:30.
• Scheduled start date on September 1st.
• Workplace based directly in Palma, Mallorca.
