Hotel Mallorca Consell on Mallorca is seeking dedicated kitchen staff to join a busy hotel team. You will deliver delicious meals to hotel guests, supporting buffet offerings and à la carte dining services.

Responsibilities include preparing and organizing buffet service for up to 50 guests, cooking paellas, burgers, salads, meats, fish, and desserts, and maintaining strict cleanliness and food safety across all kitchen areas. A full-time schedule is provided.

Formación

• At least 6 months of relevant kitchen experience.
• Food Handler certificate (Manipulador de alimentos).
• Category B driver's license.
• Completed primary education certificate.
• Reliability, teamwork, and enthusiasm for culinary work.

Are you passionate about the culinary world and looking for a rewarding role on the island of Mallorca? A hotel located in the charming municipality of Consell is currently looking for dedicated kitchen staff to join its team. In this position, you will play an essential part in delivering delicious meals to hotel guests, contributing to both buffet offerings and à la carte dining services.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and organizing the buffet service for up to 50 hotel guests
• Cooking à la carte lunch and dinner options, including paellas, burgers, fresh salads, meats, fish, and desserts
• Ensuring cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards across all kitchen prep and cooking areas
• Assisting with mise en place and managing daily food service efficiently

What you bring to the role:

• At least 6 months of relevant experience in a kitchen environment
• A valid Food Handler certificate (Manipulador de alimentos)
• A valid Category B driver's license
• Completed primary education certificate
• Reliability, teamwork skills, and enthusiasm for culinary work

What is offered:

• A full-time schedule, primarily from 15:00 to 23:00, Monday through Sunday, with two consecutive rotating days off (with the possibility of one morning shift week per month)
• A fixed-discontinuous contract (fijo discontinuo) for an initial duration of 2 months, with the possibility of renewal
• An attractive gross annual salary of 25,935.98 EUR
