Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe seeks a Financial Assistant to support Accounting, Payroll and Human Resources in our cafe. The role reports to the General Manager and Director of Accounting, with joint hiring and review decisions, ensuring policy compliance and operational independence within the cafe.

You will handle invoicing in Lawson-like systems, hire documentation, cash controls, AR, inventory, and payroll support, while upholding professional standards and contributing to a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce cafe financial, HR, and administrative controls.
• Process invoices and vendor payments with proper approvals.
• Enter new hires and payroll data accurately in the system.
• Coordinate with auditors and implement corrective actions.
