Airbus Defence and Space SAU is seeking a Flight Line Maintenance Manager for the C295 fleet at MATACÁN/Salamanca. The role leads MRO activities, coordinating line and base maintenance while certifying events in compliance with AM Working Party procedures.

You will manage local maintenance teams, ensure safety and quality standards, and collaborate with planning, engineering and support teams to execute scheduled maintenance. Fluency in Spanish is required; English is a plus.

Formación

• Five years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance and MRO operations with leadership exposure.
• Strong team management and leadership abilities; good decision-making and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, coordinate, and certify scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for C295 aircraft per AM Working Party procedures.
• Lead and supervise local maintenance teams across line and base maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards for all deliverables and certifications.
• Oversee daily line maintenance activities and resolve technical issues to maintain fleet readiness.
• Coordinate with planning, engineering, and support teams for scheduled base maintenance events.
