Airbus Defence and Space seeks a Flight Line Maintenance Manager to lead LTA maintenance for the C295 fleet at Matacán, overseeing line and base maintenance and certifying maintenance events.

The role requires ~5 years in Aircraft Maintenance and MRO, strong leadership, Spanish and English language skills, and knowledge of AM Working Party procedures. Occasional travel to other sites may be needed.

Formación

• Degree in Aeronautical/Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Almost 5 years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance and MRO operations with leadership experience.
• Strong team management, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Advanced Spanish (written and spoken); English is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, coordinate, and certify both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities for C295 aircraft in Matacán per AM Working Party procedures.
• Lead and supervise local maintenance teams across line and base maintenance operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards for all maintenance deliverables.
• Oversee daily line maintenance activities and resolve technical issues to maintain fleet readiness.
• Coordinate with planning, engineering, and support teams to plan and execute scheduled base maintenance events.
