Corcoran Micasamo in Spain is hiring a phone-based role in sales and customer service, based in San Javier, Murcia, with hybrid work after training. The position offers on-target earnings of €75,000 per year.

You will be the first contact for buyers, uncover their needs, explain options, and introduce them to the broker who guides from video call to viewing trip and to keys. Success is driven by relationships, not hard selling.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Dutch, Polish, French, or Spanish is advantageous but not required.
• Experience on the phone in sales, customer service, travel, or hospitality.
• Warm, unhurried manner with genuine interest in people.
• Ambition to earn well by doing right by others.
• Eligible to work in Spain; home-based work from outside Spain considered.

Somewhere in Dublin tonight, someone is looking at a home in Spain and wondering who they can trust and who to speak to. In Utrecht, someone else is doing the same.

This job is to be the person they’re both glad they reached out to.

At Corcoran Micasamo, we help people from across Europe find and buy homes on the Spanish coast, from the Costa Blanca through the Costa Cálida to the Costa Almería. It’s a big decision, often made from far away, and it starts with a conversation. We listen first, keep buyers informed at every step, and stay with them from that first call until well after the keys.

What you’ll do

You’ll be the first person a buyer really talks to. Everyone you speak to has already asked to hear from us, so there’s no cold calling. You’ll find out what they want and why, help them see what’s possible, and introduce them to the broker who will take them from a video call to a viewing trip, and from a viewing trip to a set of keys.

Your job isn’t to sell. It’s to make someone feel they’ve found the right people. Do that well and the sales follow, and so does your commission.

Who we’re looking for

The practical bit

• Based in San Javier, Murcia, with hybrid working after training
• Five days a week between Monday and Saturday, 13:00 to 21:00 on weekdays
• Basic salary based on experience, plus commission
