Diamond Foundry Inc. is seeking a motivated Junior Buyer to support purchasing and supply chain activities, assist with purchase orders, supplier communication, inventory monitoring, and order follow-up to ensure timely materials.

You will work with the Buyer, Warehouse Lead, and other departments to maintain records, run reports, and contribute to ERP/MRP processes. A degree in logistics or related field and at least 1 year purchasing experience, strong English, and Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Degree or education in Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field, with at least 1 year of experience in purchasing.
• Good communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, ability to build supplier relationships.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work independently and in a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
• Intermediate/Advanced written and spoken English is required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders (POs), ensuring accurate item descriptions, quantities, prices, and delivery dates.
• Communicate with suppliers to request quotations, confirm orders, follow up on deliveries, and maintain supplier relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels with the Warehouse Lead and coordinate receipt, inspection, and recording of IT equipment and materials.
• Track order status, report delays or discrepancies, and update purchasing and goods receipt information in the ERP/MRP system.
• Support purchasing reports, supplier evaluations, price comparisons, cost analysis, and coordination with internal departments.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Buyer to support our purchasing and supply chain activities. The successful candidate will assist with purchase orders, supplier communication, inventory monitoring, and order follow-up to ensure the timely availability of materials and services. You will work closely with the Buyer, Warehouse Lead, and other departments to support daily purchasing operations, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the efficient management of inventory and purchasing processes.
