Job summary

Diamond Foundry Inc. is seeking a motivated Junior Buyer to support our purchasing and supply chain activities.

You will assist with purchase orders, supplier communication, inventory monitoring, and order follow-up to ensure timely availability of materials and services, collaborating with the Buyer and Warehouse Lead. You will work closely with multiple departments to maintain accurate records and contribute to efficient procurement processes, ERP/MRP usage, and data-driven supplier

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of purchasing or procurement experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
• Written and spoken English at an intermediate/advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders with accurate descriptions, quantities, prices, and delivery dates.
• Communicate with suppliers to request quotes, confirm orders, and follow up on deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate receipt, inspection, and recording of materials.
• Track order status and report delays or discrepancies in the ERP/MRP system.
• Support reports, supplier evaluations, price comparisons, and internal coordination.
