Job summary

Allianz Services in Barcelona is seeking motivated students to support transformation projects within a global insurer. You will assist in planning, data analysis, KPI tracking, and prepare materials for steering committees while collaborating with cross-functional teams and using Jira and Confluence.

This hybrid role offers international mobility options, a strong focus on learning, and exposure to enterprise-scale programs.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, management, economics, or a related field.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordination for transformation initiatives.
• Support data analysis and reporting to track KPIs and progress.
• Prepare presentations and documentation for steering committees and management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals.
• Help in process definition, mapping and optimization activities.
• Participate in workshops and take notes.
• Create and update project documentation and report status to stakeholders.

What You Do

• Assist in project planning and coordination for transformation initiatives.

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, Management, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities
• Comfortable preparing presentations and documentation for stakeholders or management
• Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
