Capgemini Invent in Madrid seeks a Director/Principal to reinforce the Enterprise Transformation - Business Technology team. The candidate will lead IT operating model transformations, AI-enabled programs, and strategic change management across global client accounts.

They will own business development, program delivery, and practice leadership, building revenue and governance models while guiding multi-workstream engagements with executive presence and entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsabilidades

• Drive proactive client proposals and RFP responses from initial brief to final presentations.
• Develop client relationships to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
• Proactively leverage personal business relationships to start conversations with new clients or buying centers.
• Build network within the Capgemini group and educate other Business Units about his or her practices offerings to support sales.
• Nurture relationships on existing accounts.
• Provide strategic oversight for, or manage, project execution from start-to-finish and drive teams to deliver according to plan (scope, quality, and time).
• Collaborate with clients to define long-term vision, goals and strategies.
• Simplify challenges, situations, and issues to create executable recommendations and actions.
• Test and present insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Lead consultants to deliver quality results for clients.
• Be an active leader of his or her practice.
• Develop innovative assets, including differentiated points of view, thought leadership, and methodologies.
• Proactively participate in developing and expanding his or her practice by leading initiatives for training, community-building, and recruiting.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching for the team.

The Opportunity

Capgemini is seeking a Director/Principal level executive to reinforce the Enterprise Transformation - Business Technology team. Business Technology is a consulting global practice with more than 150 consultants in Spain, covering from IT Strategy and Architecture to IT Operating Model transformation.

Our conviction is that AI is creating a new parading for IT traditional models. The CIO must be at the heart of this transformation, for its own capabilities (SLDC, Ops, Architecture, or Porfolio Management) and of course of the overall enterprise transformation.

We are looking for a Director with a base of experience in IT Operating Model transformation and Technology Value Management in the AI context, who want to develop their career in strategic consulting, supporting our clients in decision making and in achieving the expected goals.

The candidate should have a builder and pragmatic mindset; the firm seeks not only a strong leader who can articulate a vision, but one who can also drive execution of that vision in a very concrete manner that results in tangible business outcomes (bookings, contribution margin, revenue, market recognition).

The role demands a high level of autonomy; a strong appetite to drive change and overcome organizational complexity; and a high level of drive to build a business from its current strong foundations to a potential billion-scale business.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

• Define and lead transformations of the overall IT operating model, in the AI era.
• Define and lead the transformation of SDLC models, as well as Ops capabilities driven by AI. With strong focus on the business case / TCO, technology choices and strategic change management.
• Define and implement robust governance model. Align the governance and management model to changes in technology and delivery models (Cloud, FinOps, SaaS).
• Support leading organization in the Product Organization model implementation, at scale.
• Build the business case that supports achieving goals through efficiency, service levels or continuity. Support our clients in the transition of legacy / cloud / saas / and AI.
• Define implementation and coexistence strategies, integrating key aspects such as change management with both internal teams and third parties.

Our Business Technology teams leverage global technical capabilities of the Capgemini Group, in domains such as technical architecture or software engineering.

In addition, a Director at Capgemini Invent builds strategic, long-term accounts to manage and develop the business within those clients. In addition to the sales and business development responsibilities, Principal’s are also expected to lead programs and multi-workstream engagements, and be highly-involved in practice leadership, driving thought and solution development, overseeing internal activities and acting as an executive-level representative of Invent. Ownership includes:

Business Development
