10x Team is seeking a Freelance VP Sales AI Trainer based in the EU or UK to shape AI-assisted sales strategies on a flexible, remote schedule.

You will review AI-generated sales content, create scenario-based training, and provide actionable feedback to ensure accuracy and relevance.

This role offers 8–20 hours per week, 100% remote, with access to our AI Academy and ongoing collaboration with leading AI labs. Ideal candidates have a proven B2B/B2C sales track record and GTM experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in GTM strategy, deal closing, and sales leadership.
• Strong ability to provide direct, constructive feedback on AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Review and enhance AI-generated sales content and scenarios.
• Assess accuracy, relevance, and practicality of AI-driven sales outputs.
• Develop varied sales cases, objections, and negotiation drills.
• Create scenarios from reps, managers, and client viewpoints.
• Identify gaps in AI outputs and provide actionable feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and enhance AI-generated content on sales strategy, customer engagement, and pipeline management
• Assess the precision, industry-relevance, and practical viability of AI-driven sales scenarios and recommendations
• Develop example sales cases, objection-handling scenarios, and negotiation exercises based on your industry experience
• Create multiple scenario variations reflecting perspectives of sales reps, managers, and clients
• Identify gaps or flawed assumptions in AI outputs and provide clear, actionable feedback

Your role will directly influence how AI understands, reasons, and advises on effective, nuanced sales strategies.

About You:

• Senior sales leader or manager (e.g., VP Sales, Head of Sales, Enterprise Sales Manager) with a proven track record in B2B or B2C sales
• Based in the EU or UK
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and reviewing go-to-market strategies, closing deals, and managing high-performing sales teams
• Highly organized and skilled at providing direct, constructive feedback
• Available 8–20 hours per week and reliable in communications
