We process more than $1M/month, fully bootstrapped and profitable — and now we’re preparing for major scale.

About the Role

We are looking for a Generalist Manager who will work directly with the CEO and become a key strategic contributor to Kunfupay’s next stage of growth. This is a high-impact hybrid role, perfect for someone who thrives in fast-growing startups. You will serve as the CEO’s right hand — aligning business, product, design, and development teams, transforming ideas into execution, and helping build the internal structure of Kunfupay.

Responsibilities

• Product & Execution
• Supervise the product team (design + development) and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Translate CEO’s strategic needs into clear product requirements and actionable plans.
• Review UX/UI proposals and validate them based on user needs and product strategy.
• Coordinate timelines, sprint planning, and cross-team communication.
• Business & Operations
• Work closely with the CEO to gather, organize, and plan business needs.
• Execute operational tasks across product, payments, and day‑to‑day processes.
• Participate in customer support to fully understand user pain points.
• Create internal workflows and operational structure as the company grows.
• Sales & Growth
• Help the CEO build and structure the sales team from zero.
• Take the first sales calls and support creator onboarding.
• Identify revenue opportunities and optimize activation funnels.
• Team Building
• Help the CEO hire future roles in product, support, sales, and operations.
• Establish scalable team processes and reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Bilingual: English & Spanish.
• Strong generalist profile: product + business + operations.
• Experience working with designers and developers (understanding logic, workflows, and constraints).
• Excellent organizational and project‑management skills.
• Ability to analyze KPIs (conversion, payment approvals, funnel metrics).
• Strong communication and leadership skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Ownership mentality — proactive, reliable, and solutions‑driven.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced fintech environment.
