Criteo, the Commerce Intelligence Platform, seeks an Intern in the Process Owner Team in Barcelona. You will partner with commercial teams and IT to implement sales process improvements and CRM tooling, leveraging Salesforce to deliver clear, stakeholder‑friendly solutions that boost adoption and ROI.
You’ll translate business needs into actionable requirements, analyze CRM processes, and design practical automations with cross‑functional teams including finance, product and IT.

About the role: You are an Intern in the Process Owner Team to contribute to the implementation of various processes and tools in alignment with Criteo's Tech Stack strategy. You'll be acting as a trusted partner to our internal clients and technical department, that is able to solve business problems using several methods. By leveraging your good understanding of CRM capabilities (the Salesforce platform) but just as importantly, your top‑notch people skills to get your ideas and solutions across to stakeholders and gain integrity to get your visions built into successful solutions. With the ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence you will drive process (re)design throughout your project(s) and keep up with the north start of our longer‑term business goals.
