Imperia is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to lead the implementation of our SaaS solution for supply chain planning. You will work closely with clients to understand their workflows, configure the software to their needs, and support continuous improvements.

You will manage projects, identify optimization opportunities, and integrate data and environments. Fluency in French and English, plus experience with ERP systems and SQL, are essential to thrive in our dynamic, collaborative team

You will work closely with clients to understand their workflows in depth, identify improvement opportunities, and configure the solution to adapt it to their needs.

Your mission will be to lead the implementation of our software, working with data, integrations, and processes while combining technical and analytical skills with a strong customer-centric mindset.

• Project management: Lead the implementation of our SaaS solution, ensuring objectives are met and clients are satisfied.
• Process optimization: Identify improvement opportunities in clients' supply chain processes and propose effective solutions.
• Technical configuration: Integrate data, set up environments, and configure the software based on client requirements.

Profil recherché :

• Native French and professional-level English.
