What You'll Be Doing (Your Key Functions)
- Design & develop dynamic BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight.
- Work hands‑on with large datasets across AWS Data Lake, Redshift, Athena, and other AWS data services.
- Streamline ETL processes using powerful AWS tools such as Glue, Lambda, and Step Functions.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries for data manipulation, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and security within the AWS environment.
- Partner closely with international business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Monitor and optimize Redshift clusters for peak performance and cost efficiency.
What You Bring (Required Qualifications)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related field.
- AWS Expertise: Proven proficiency with AWS Redshift, AWS Data Lake, Glue, and Athena.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python for data manipulation.
- Visualization Pro: Solid experience with leading data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight).
- Language: English fluency (minimum C1 level) and Spanish (C1) are essential for daily collaboration with department leads in Europe and the USA.
