What You'll Be Doing (Your Key Functions)

• Design & develop dynamic BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight.
• Work hands‑on with large datasets across AWS Data Lake, Redshift, Athena, and other AWS data services.
• Streamline ETL processes using powerful AWS tools such as Glue, Lambda, and Step Functions.
• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries for data manipulation, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and security within the AWS environment.
• Partner closely with international business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Monitor and optimize Redshift clusters for peak performance and cost efficiency.

What You Bring (Required Qualifications)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• AWS Expertise: Proven proficiency with AWS Redshift, AWS Data Lake, Glue, and Athena.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python for data manipulation.
• Visualization Pro: Solid experience with leading data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight).
• Language: English fluency (minimum C1 level) and Spanish (C1) are essential for daily collaboration with department leads in Europe and the USA.
• Mindset: Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
