A dynamic tech company in Madrid is seeking a Business Development Trainee to help introduce innovative IT solutions into the Spanish market. The ideal candidate will assist in the sales process, perform market analysis, and support account management. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, alongside a strong interest in commercial roles. This position offers an international work environment with English classes provided.

As a Business Development Trainee, you will support the introduction of several innovative IT solutions into the Spanish Market. Together with the Business Developers, you will contribute to the sales process from making the first contact, to assisting with account management, and supporting the alignment of our technology partners’ value propositions. You will also perform market analysis, data mining, and help generate new leads while providing back-office support to the sales team.

You love working with the latest technologies on a daily basis and making a difference for highly innovative technology and software companies.

You have an agreement letter from your University or Business School.

Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).

Interest in a commercial position / sales / account management role.

Deal with disruptive technology with social and / or environmental relevance.
