As Business Development Manager for Spain & Portugal, you’ll play a key role in driving market growth through proactive lead generation, relationship building, and collaboration with internal teams.

Lead Generation : Identify and engage potential clients through research, outreach, and strategic prospecting. Use multiple channels – including calls, emails, and networking – to qualify leads and introduce the company’s product range.

Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential customers, offering tailored solutions and outstanding service to earn trust and drive long‑term partnerships.

CRM & Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and activities in the CRM system, ensuring a structured and effective sales process.

2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.

~ Fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
