Role Overview
Business Development Manager - Recruitment Solutions for Startups.

As Business Development Manager, you’ll :

  • Build and execute the company’s go-to-market and business development strategy.
  • Identify, connect, and engage with high-potential startup clients (from Seed to Series C).
  • Lead discovery calls, craft tailored proposals, and close partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery excellence and measurable client impact.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, sector shifts, and emerging talent needs.
  • Represent the firm at events, panels, and networking spaces, positioning it as a go-to strategic partner in executive hiring.
  • Track and report progress, insights, and growth metrics directly to leadership.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3-6 years of experience in business development, consulting, HR tech, or executive search, ideally having built something from scratch.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, especially with senior decision-makers.
  • A consultative, value-driven approach to sales.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset : proactive, adaptable, and energized by fast-moving environments.
  • Strategic, analytical, and comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic, remote setup.
  • Fluency in English (Spanish or other European languages are a plus).
