We specialize in high-pressure, high-impact logistics : sports tournaments, global events, branded activations, even media productions and large-scale filming.

Now, we’re scaling into new verticals and bigger stages — and we’re hiring someone who’s ready to lead the charge.

🎯 What You’ll Do
  • Drive new business in sports, festivals, filming, and mega-events
  • Pitch production companies, event organizers, agencies, and sponsors
  • Open doors in media, touring sports, brand activations, and “impossible logistics”
  • Partner with the founder to build new services and offers : sponsor logistics, tracking tech, sustainability, premium delivery
  • Own and grow your pipeline — from lead to closed deal
✅ You’re a fit if you have :
  • 3–5+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales
  • Background in :
  • Sports logistics / media production
  • Filming logistics / venue ops / branded events
  • Based in Spain — Barcelona preferred, but hybrid / remote possible depending on profile
  • Hustler mindset : entrepreneurial, curious, and laser-focused on results
