A specialist foreign exchange provider in Madrid is seeking a motivated Business Development / Client Relations professional. You will conduct outreach to potential clients, onboard new accounts while ensuring compliance, and build lasting client relationships. Strong English skills are essential, with additional languages being advantageous. This role offers uncapped earning potential through commissions and professional development support.

As our company continues to expand, we are seeking talented, self-motivated professionals to join our team in Spain. As a Business Development / Client Relations professional, you will play a key role in driving growth, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to the continued success of our business.
Conduct daily outreach to potential new affiliates, partners and clients (real estate brokers, mortgage lawyers, business setup companies, individual clients etc.) Identify client needs and provide tailored FX solutions
Follow up on referrals and leads to offer a ‘best in class’ Global Currency service and develop future business relationships
Present the advantages of partnering with Magna Financial to prospective clients
Onboard new clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (KYC) and internal policies and processes
Cultivate and manage strong, professional relationships with existing affiliates, partners and clients, increasing referrals and cross business opportunities wherever possible
Monitor FX market trends, Global Currency movements, and geopolitical developments
Work with Internal Relationship Managers to maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, sales activities, and performance metrics in CRM
Prepare and present Management Information reports on sales performance and business opportunities
Proven prior success within a Business Development / Client Relations, Sales or Customer Service role
Strong ability to generate high-quality leads and cultivate long‑term client relationships
Advanced English (both written and spoken) is essential; additional languages such as Spanish, French or German are a strong advantage
In our industry, the real wealth is generated on commissions, therefore, in addition to your base salary you will receive % commission on all new business that you bring to the company as well as on deals with existing clients
On completion of 12 months service with us, you will become eligible for an additional % share of your revenue
