Formación

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in control, compliance, non-financial risk management, or similar roles.
  • Proven knowledge of internal audits, compliance frameworks, and corporate risk policies.
  • Familiarity with tech or digital transformation environments.
  • Previous experience in financial or tech sectors is a plus.

  • Coordinate and oversee non-financial risk control processes in new technology developments.
  • Monitor deadlines and control quality, preventing delays or non-compliance.
  • Document and report control status, identify potential risks, and propose corrective actions.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Spain in control, compliance, non-financial risk management, or similar roles.
  • Proven knowledge of internal audits, compliance frameworks, and corporate risk policies.
  • Familiarity with tech or digital transformation environments.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and delivery management skills.
  • Experience in agile and fast-paced environments.
  • Previous experience in financial or tech sectors is a plus.
  • Fluent English and Spanish , both spoken and written.

  • Coordinate and oversee non-financial risk control processes in new technology developments.
  • Ensure every new asset or solution complies with established protocols :
  • Cybersecurity (vulnerability checks)
  • Architectural compliance
  • Software maintenance and updates
  • Ownership and traceability management
  • Act as a liaison between technical, product, and control teams to facilitate validation processes.
  • Monitor deadlines and control quality , preventing delays or non-compliance.
  • Document and report control status, identify potential risks, and propose corrective actions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of control processes, adapting to business or tech changes.
  • Support i nternal and external audits , ensuring traceability and regulatory compliance.
