BME | Bolsas y Mercados Españoles in Madrid seeks an experienced Process Manager to define and improve end-to-end processes, ensuring operational resilience and business continuity in line with regulatory requirements, including DORA.

You will collaborate with business and technology teams to drive efficiency, governance, and service-aligned outcomes, contributing to resilience initiatives and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Formación

• 3+ years in process management (BPM).
• 3+ years in Business Continuity (BIA, BCP, DR).
• Experience with SLA definition.
• Background in regulated environments (e.g. financial services).
• Knowledge of risk management.
• Spanish & English at C1 level.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain processes using BPM tools (ADONIS preferred).
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Align processes with SLAs and service objectives.
• Support Business Continuity (BIAs, BCPs, DR testing).
• Contribute to DORA and operational resilience initiatives.
