Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan and execute marketing and communication activities across Spain and Portugal. This role supports business growth by delivering locally relevant campaigns, events, content, and internal communications, aligned with global strategies and guidelines.

You'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

This role is contributing to the ABB IEC Low Voltage Motors Division.

You will be mainly accountable for :
  • Designing and implementing integrated marketing and communication campaigns tailored to local customer needs, market dynamics, and stakeholder expectations. Ensuring alignment with global strategy while driving measurable impact at the country level
  • Collaborating closely with sales and global marcom to activate product launches, deliver promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Creating and activating high-quality content that appeals to our target audiences. This includes developing content for press releases, articles, and customer stories
  • Managing and optimizing local digital channels and social media platforms to ensure consistent brand presence and audience engagement. Planning, coordinating, and executing customer-facing events and industry exhibitions
  • Delivering internal communications that builds engagement, growth mindset and supports the company culture
  • Monitoring and reporting on local marketing KPIs, campaign results, and market insights
  • Ensuring executional excellence throughout the area of accountability for all communications measures in line with division targets, brand positioning and corporate identity / corporate design guidelines
  • Owning budget for marketing communications in the countries of scope
