Job summary

Amazon's Translation Services Operations seeks a Business Analyst to own end-to-end analytics for vendor invoicing, from controllership to improvement opportunities through data. You will build dashboards, automate processes, and maintain operational mechanisms to keep the business running in a dynamic global environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment, design analytical frameworks, and ensure financial accuracy while balancing quality, speed, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Own and monitor invoicing metrics end-to-end, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and implement solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain analytical frameworks and dashboards to ensure financial accuracy and process compliance.
• Leverage data to propose business improvements, including vendor selection, workflow redesigns, and cost-structure optimization.
• Identify automation opportunities leveraging AI/ML capabilities and drive implementation from concept to delivery.
• Conduct root cause analyses on process failures and develop scalable preventive solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Business Development, Quality, Product, Finance) to drive alignment and implement improvements.
