Job summary

Amazon Spain Support Services, S.L.U is seeking an exceptional Business Analyst to help build trust and loyalty with sellers by developing analytics, automating processes, and partnering with leaders to answer key business questions.

The role focuses on data modeling, BI tooling, and translating complex business problems into actionable insights, with high visibility to senior leadership and strong impact opportunities across the Amazon Seller platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience.
• 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
• Experience with SQL
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
• Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to understand customer needs and define solutions.
• Translate business problems into analysis requirements and outputs.
• Develop queries and visualizations for ad-hoc requests and ongoing reporting.
• Write queries and output efficiently and know data availability in your area of expertise.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and ETL jobs.
• Review and audit existing SQL queries and ETL processes.
