Emineo Spain S.A.U. in Valencia is seeking a Business Analyst / Product Owner to bridge business needs with technical teams and drive agile product development. You will translate complex requirements, manage the backlog, and collaborate with UX/UI and development peers to deliver value-driven outcomes.

The role requires fluent German (C1/C2) and strong English, with a focus on discovery, roadmap alignment, and continuous improvement in a dynamic international office setting.

2. Erstellung von User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien.
3. Pflege und Priorisierung des Product Backlogs.
4. Übernahme der Product-Owner-Rolle im Scrum-Team (Sprint Planning, Refinement, Review, Retrospektive).
5. Moderation von Workshops und Abstimmungen mit deutschsprachigen Stakeholdern.
6. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit UX/UI- und Entwicklungsteams.
7. Unterstützung bei Produktvision, Roadmap und Discovery-Prozessen.
8. Sicherstellung der Abstimmung zwischen Business-Zielen, technischer Machbarkeit und Zeitrahmen.
9. Kontinuierliche Optimierung basierend auf Feedback und Performance-Analysen.

Das bringst du mit

Must-have:

1. Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Business Analyst, Product Owner oder in vergleichbarer Rolle im Software-Umfeld.
2. Fundierte Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum/Kanban).
3. Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1/C2 zwingend erforderlich).
4. Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
5. Erfahrung in der Erstellung strukturierter Anforderungen und User Stories.
