What you will do:

• Gather and document requirements for our energy market data platform
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and functional specs
• Analyse market data with SQL and Excel to surface insights and trends
• Create and maintain documentation (user stories use cases specs)
• Collaborate with developers data engineers and testers throughout delivery
• Plan and execute user acceptance testing and support data governance

What you bring & who you are:

• Must‑have: Experience as a Business Analyst ideally in energy or a related field
• Must‑have: Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data querying and analysis
• Must‑have: Strong communication skills to align technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Must‑have: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science IT Business or similar
• Ideally: Familiarity with Agile methods and project management tools
• Ideally: Understanding of energy market dynamics and data management principles
