Formación

• 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in financial services.
• Proven experience in channel transformation or transactional banking processes.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, document, and validate functional non-functional requirements for transactional processes.
• Identify standardization and process improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to the definition of global product functional roadmap.
• Collaborate with design, development, and compliance teams.
• Support prioritization and backlog refinement with the Product Owner.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to align requirements.
• Map and analyze end-to-end transactional flows.

Conocimientos

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

🔎 What we look for?

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in global assisted channels products (branches, contact centers) for banking transactional flows with a client from the financial sector.

High english level is required.

100% Remote from Spain

⚙ Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, document, and validate functional non-functional requirements for transactional processes in assisted channels.
• Identify standardization and process improvement opportunities across countries and systems.
• Contribute to the definition of the global product functional roadmap.
• Collaborate with design, development, architecture, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with global standards and business objectives.
• Support prioritization and backlog refinement in coordination with the Product Owner
• Work closely with global and local business teams to capture needs and constraints.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to align business requirements and functional solutions.
• Prepare clear and structured documentation.
• Map and analyze end-to-end transactional flows and customer journeys.
• Support testing and validation of new functionalities before deployment

💡 Mandatory requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in the financial services sector.
• Proven experience in channel transformation or transactional banking processes (understanding of assisted channel is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum / Kanban).
• Fluent in English (Spanish or other languages are a plus)
