Teleperformance Spain in Barcelona is seeking a Business Analyst to spearhead data and reporting initiatives that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.

You will build scalable data models, dashboards, and predictive analytics while driving revenue growth. Collaborating with across-the-board teams, you will ensure data governance and clear communication of insights to non-technical audiences.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Good communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex insights for diverse audiences.
• Expertise in data visualization platforms.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and database design.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• High emotional intelligence.
• English at C1 level.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the brains of a sales engine by supporting sales operations and driving strategic outcomes.
• Lead and oversee data analysis projects and design scalable data models for meaningful insights.
• Build, maintain and optimize dashboards; provide in-depth analysis of performance and ad hoc reports.
• Apply statistical methods for predictive analytics to support forecasting and planning.
• Contribute to data governance, privacy, and compliance initiatives.
• Present data stories and insights to non-technical audiences.

As a Business Analyst, you will spearhead data and reporting initiatives that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your responsabilities will include:

• Acting as the "brain of a sales engine" by providing critical support to sales operations and driving strategic outcomes
• Leading and overseeing data analysis projects and design and implement scalable data models into a meaningful insights
• Business Intelligence and reportings: build, maintain and optimize dashboards, provide in-depth analysis of business performance and ensure timely and accurate ad hoc reports, all designed to drive measurable business impact and revenue growth
• Usage of statistical methods to conduct predictive analytics to support the forecasting, strategic planning and decision-making
• Contribute to data governance, privacy, and compliance initiatives to guarantee secure and reliable data usage.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, presenting compelling data stories and insights to non-technical audiences

Requirements
