IDOM in Madrid (and other cities) is seeking an engineer or architect specialized in Buildings Sustainability to join our team. You will develop sustainability strategies, advise clients, coordinate multidisciplinary work, manage clients, and contribute to tenders and reports.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master's in Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Building Engineering or Energy Engineering or equivalent.
• Around 5 years of experience in environmental certifications LEED, BREEAM, WELL or similar.
• Experience in sustainability consulting for national/international building projects.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency strategies, carbon footprint, circular economy and European taxonomy; LEED AP/BREEAM assessor valued.
• Team player with ability to work independently and English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop sustainability strategies for building projects.
• Advise clients on sustainability and decarbonization matters.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary work with architecture and engineering teams.
• Direct client management and participate in technical/commercial meetings.
• Supervise technical work and support junior profiles.
• Prepare reports and technical documentation.
• Participate in tenders and technical proposals.
