IDOM is seeking a Buildings Sustainability Specialist to lead sustainability initiatives for projects in Madrid, Bilbao or Barcelona. You will collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to implement environmental strategies and support client engagements throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires expertise in energy efficiency, carbon reduction, circular economy, and international building certifications, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset and fluency in English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture, Industrial/Building Engineering or related technical field.
• Around 5 years of experience in environmental certifications (LEED, BREEAM, WELL) and in client coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Develop sustainability strategies for building projects.
• Advise clients on sustainability and decarbonization matters.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary work with architecture and engineering teams.
