UPS is seeking a qualified professional to supervise the processing of documents to ensure compliance with Customs and other regulatory agency requirements. You will lead hourly staff, set team goals, enforce policies, and train on regulatory requirements while managing client relationships and ensuring service delivery.

The role requires strong knowledge of international commerce and transportation, the ability to track statistics, and to resolve customer service issues across accounts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Analytical, verbal/written communication, customer service, and time management skills.
• Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access, if necessary).
• Strong knowledge of Customs and Border Protection Regulations.
• Willing to travel.
• Customs Brokers License - Preferred.
• International Trade, Logistics or Freight Forwarding experience - Preferred.

He/She manages the workload of hourly staff, developing team goals, implementing and enforcing policies and procedures, and training hourly employees on compliance with regulations and requirements. This position maintains productivity and is well versed on international commerce and transportation industry changes. He/She manages customer relationships for assigned clients and oversees services provided to the clients. This position manages and distributes team’s workload, tracks and reports statistics, resolves customer service issues, and oversees all aspects of the account.
