Angel Aligner in Madrid is seeking a Brand Manager EMEA - Iberia to own brand strategy for Spain and Portugal, lead campaigns and asset creation, and ensure alignment with global guidelines while adapting to local needs.

You will manage a small Marketing team, collaborate with Sales, Clinical, Product and Digital teams, oversee events and trade shows across Iberia, and own the Iberia budget while tracking KPIs and driving growth in EMEA. Fluent in Spanish and English; travel up to 30%.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10 years of marketing experience including brand management.
  • Experience mentoring a small team.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Define and evolve the brand strategy, positioning, and value proposition for EMEA Iberia.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of Iberia campaigns to generate leads.
  • Develop messaging and sales assets for EMEA and Iberia audiences.
  • Coordinate with Clinical and Regulatory teams to ensure compliant marketing.
  • Oversee translation and localization of assets into Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Manage a local Marketing team and partner with Sales, Product, and Digital teams.
  • Plan events, trade shows, and product launches across Spain and Portugal.
  • Own the Iberia marketing budget and report on KPIs and ROI.
  • Stay informed on ortho/medical industry developments and market trends.

The Brand Manager EMEA - Iberia will own the brand strategy and positioning for the EMEA region, and lead marketing execution for Spain and Portugal, including the creation of marketing campaigns and sales assets for the broader EMEA market. This role ensures consistency with global brand guidelines while adapting positioning to local market needs, leads a small team of local Marketing Specialists/coordinators, and works cross-functionally with Sales, Clinical, Product, and Digital teams to build brand equity, drive product adoption, and support commercial growth across EMEA and Iberia.

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: define and evolve the brand strategy, positioning, and value proposition for the EMEA region, ensuring consistency with existing brand guidelines and adaptation to local market needs.
  • Team Leadership: manage, coach, and develop local Marketing Specialists/coordinators across Spain and Portugal, setting priorities and ensuring quality of execution.
  • EMEA Campaign Creation: lead the creation of marketing campaigns for the broader EMEA region, and drive their planning, execution, and optimization within the Iberia market to generate leads and drive product adoption.
  • Content Creation & Sales Asset Development: develop compelling product messaging and positioning, and create sales assets - including presentations, brochures, product collateral, FAQs, and competitive battle cards - for EMEA and Iberia audiences.
  • Claims & Regulatory Compliance: coordinate with Clinical and Regulatory teams to ensure marketing messaging complies with EU MDR and local requirements.
  • Localization: oversee translation and cultural adaptation of marketing assets into Spanish and Portuguese, ensuring message consistency.
  • Market Research: track market trends, target audiences, and the competitive landscape in Iberia; prepare reports and strategic recommendations.
  • Event & Congress Management: oversee the planning and execution of trade shows, ortho congresses, and product launches across Spain and Portugal.
  • Budget Ownership: own and manage the Iberia marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation, ongoing tracking, and reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Sales, Clinical, Product, and Digital teams to ensure alignment and coherence across all marketing initiatives.
  • Brand Governance: ensure consistency of brand messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all EMEA marketing channels and materials.
  • Performance Analysis: track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and brand KPIs; use insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Vendor & Agency Management: coordinate with local agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure high-quality deliverables and services.
  • Stay Informed: about marketing best practices, Ortho industry developments, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements/ Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree a plus.
  • 10 years of experience in marketing, including brand management experience, preferably in a fast-paced or medical device/healthcare environment.
  • Proven experience managing or mentoring a small team.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in the medical device, dental, or healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
