Beiersdorf Group in Madrid offers a hands-on internship in Shopper & Customer Marketing, supporting execution of in-store activities and analyzing market trends. You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive shopper engagement and business performance.

The role requires full-time commitment (35–40 hours/week) for at least 6 months, with the possibility to sign a curricular internship agreement with your university and to work from the Madrid office at least three days per week.

Formación

• University student in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Organized, curious and proactive attitude.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Availability to work from the Madrid office at least three days per week.
• Availability to work full time (35–40 hours per week) for at least 6 months.
• Ability to sign a full-time curricular internship agreement with your university.

Responsabilidades

• Support the team in planning and executing trade marketing activities, including promotions, POS materials, displays, and in-store campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and implement trade marketing initiatives during the internship period.
• Actively participate in meetings with sales and marketing teams to ensure trade marketing activities align with objectives.
• Assist in preparing clear, informative, and visually engaging presentations and reports for meetings with clients and partners.
• Perform monthly research on competitors’ activities and market trends, delivering reports with actionable insights.
